kidclubhouses.com, including subsidiaries and affiliates ("kidclubhouses.com" or "Website Owner") provides the information contained on this website or any of the pages comprising the website ("ishop-america.com") to guests (cumulatively referred to as "you" or "your" hereinafter) subject to the terms and conditions set out in these website terms and conditions, the privacy policy and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices which may be applicable to a specific section or module of this website.

Customer Responsibilities

kidclubhouses.com is not responsible for anything you order. Please keep in mind that there are many differences when you shop abroad, i.e. sizes, power requirements/voltages (in the USA 120V / 60Hz is used; unless the item you are purchasing explicitly states 100-240V / 50-60Hz voltage for worldwide use, the device being ordered will not operate in a country where 230V / 50Hz is used), etc. Therefore, we advise you to read the product descriptions carefully as well as consult with the internet shop you’re about to purchase from for details on specific items, as we will not be responsible for any items that are not compatible.

Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. kidclubhouses.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel or change the payment method of any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled may include but are not limited to the following: limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, inaccuracies or errors on order forms submitted, customs or shipping limitations for your country or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. kidclubhouses.com also reserves the right to change the payment method depending on the amount of purchase. We will contact you (via email or phone) if all or any portion of your order is cancelled, additional information is required to accept your order or your payment method has been changed.

Payment

Please note that bank wire transfers require additional transfer fees. These fees will be disclosed at the time the order is placed. We request if you do choose to use the Bank Wire Transfer that you allow 24 hours for us to process your order prior to initiating the bank wire transfer. Any orders that are placed with PayPal must be reviewed before the payment link will be sent. We ask that you please allow 24 hours for us to process your order and then a link will be sent via email. kidclubhouses.com is not responsible for any changes in currency from your local currency to USD that may occur between the time of checkout and the time your payment is made.

Duties and Taxes (Landed Cost)

If you select the pre-payment of Duties and Taxes, kidclubhouses.com will cover the costs associated with the customs clearance process including but not limited to brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, etc. If you elect not to pre-pay your Duties and Taxes during the checkout process, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, etc. If you refuse to pay these fees and elect to refuse the package, we will exercise the option (where applicable) to destroy the shipment. If there are any costs associated with the return of the shipment to kidclubhouses.com, it will be your responsibility to pay these charges that will include but not be limited to any duties and taxes owed, storage fees charged by the customs office where the shipment is being held, brokerage fees, etc. Please review our cancellation terms below.

Cancellations

If, for any reason, you elect to cancel your order after it has been processed, you will incur the costs associated with that order. This includes kidclubhouses.com’s $10 processing fee, any shipping/handling fees involved with returning your order to the Internet retailer, as well as any re-stocking fees that may be applicable. If your order has already been shipped to its final destination and you refuse the receipt of your items, you are unavailable for delivery after 3 attempts by the courier, you provide an invalid address, and/or you refuse to pay duties and taxes, you will be responsible for any and all import duties and taxes, shipping and handling fees back to our depot in the United States, any shipping/handling fees involved with returning your order to the Internet retailer, any re-stocking fees that may be applicable, as well as an kidclubhouses.com processing fee of $25. All refunds on processed orders are subject to the return policy of the Internet retailer (s) you are ordering from. We advise you to check the return policy before placing your order.

Time Frames for Delivery

Please note that time frames listed on our website are estimates only. We, kidclubhouses.com, do not and cannot guarantee any delivery time frames due to possible customs clearance delays and other unforeseen conditions and are therefore not responsible for any packages that do not meet a required delivery date. kidclubhouses.com reserves the right to cancel any orders that we do not feel will meet a provided delivery date. Any orders that are cancelled are subject to the cancellation terms set forth in the text above (See Cancellations).

Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange merchandise, please do not contact the original Internet retailer. Please read and make sure that you agree with the return/exchange policy of the retailer(s) you are ordering from. Each Internet retailer may have a different return/exchange policy, which you will need to adhere to, in order for kidclubhouses.com to process the return or exchange. Our minimum processing/handling fee for a return or exchange is $20. Shipping and any duties and taxes associated with the return will be the sole responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated by kidclubhouses.com, Inc. Refunds

A refund will be issued to the credit card used for the transaction or via PayPal only. We will not issue a cashier's cheque or equivalent as a form of refund payment. If the credit card used for the transaction is no longer available to accept a refund, the refund will be processed via PayPal. We recommend that if you do not have a PayPal account please visit www.PayPal.com for details regarding creating a PayPal account in your country.

Product Warranties

kidclubhouses.com and its related partner shops make no warranty or guarantees that the warranty on the product will be valid once shipped outside the USA. Some manufacturer warranties will still be valid, and others will not, therefore shipping outside the USA may make the warranty null and void. Warranty inquires are handled on a case by case basis and final determination of warranty validity is based on the policies of the manufacturer and NOT kidclubhouses.com or its integrated or non-integrated partner stores. Please note that customers may be responsible for domestic and international shipping and other product related replacement fees.
